Prg vie and bud are well connected by train and then take flight to ams or the other way round.. it's good
About Germany.. u can go to Munich, Frankfurt
I agree all these places are not more than 4hours from each other but all these places have so much to see.. if u love thorough travel then better cut down the number of cities and increase number of nights stay in the less cities.. otherwise if it's only 2nights stay and one city tour then as many
We are not considering countries , rather than only places. Brussels is the optional and we are counting two nights for each places. Also I checked all these places are well connected by eurail and not more that 4 hours away
Instead of 6 countries why don't u cover 3 countries which are closed to each other.. So u ll be able explore more. I think so u should prefer Budapest - Vienna - Prague so u ll get 4-4 days fr each country to explore...

Thanks for the guidance.. but it won't be possible to fly europe multiple times. hence we consider to visit capital cities . Also Amsterdam will be main attraction hence I am fine to cut the time in Germany. in brief budapest vienna prag amsterdam are our primary focus
In Germany Berlin Baden Hamburg Frankfurt
