Hi Kunal, It's a good time to go to Leh but if you want to visit proper Manali then that will be only ok..

July is one of the best months to visit Ladakh. All through July, all passes and roads remain open and you will encounter a lot of bikers on the roads. The temperature hovers between 10 to 25 Celsius. Stongday, Karsha, Phyang, Sachukul, Karzok, Dakthok and Sani Nasjal festivals are held in July and August. Ladakh is accessible from Manali in July and you can hire an SUV in Manali to take you to Ladakh.
