If you have received expiry date info on your account, inspite of being active best is to wait. If at all you want to immediately use your credits use it on online workshops and mindful retreats. To stay stable on tripoto contribute as much as you can, which you are already doing, still just telling you. I have had this issue, but tripoto addressed it. Best is to wait.

You should post Regularly on Tripoto remains Active otherwise Your Credits will be expired

You need to publish at least three posts per month to remain active on Tripoto & in case you are doing so, you have nothing to worry about else you can write a mail to them & you can also redeem your credits against any trip on Tripoto!! Keep exploring, publishing & safe travels 🙌
