I think, one of the best things about Delhi is its location. Everything is so close, and it makes travelling easy. If you would like to travel in plains, you can head to Agra or Jaipur. Both the places are home to some of the most iconic monuments of India. If you would like to indulge in some spiritual excursion, you can head to Amritsar and offer prayers at the Golden Temple. There are plenty of mountain destinations at a close proximity to Delhi. You can head to Uttarakhand and explore towns such as Dehradun, Rishikesh, Lansdowne and Nainital. In Himachal, you can visit Kasauli, Nahan and Shimla.
