You can take bus from Kashmere Gate ISBT Delhi, It will drop you to Dharamshala. Estimated time is about 12 hours, prefer taking bus in night it will save your time. If you want to go Mcleodganj you can hire can from the drop point it will cost 200 bucks. Must visit for Mcleodganj: Bhagsunath waterfall and Triund Trek.
Almost all Himachal buses are available from Kashmere Gate ISBT. Happy travelling 👍
