I have seen many travellers suggesting you some places at Karnataka.. There is this place called Gavi in Kerala.. The entry is limited by passes and you can come across a lot of wild animals over there. Have a nice journey

Bandipur,nagarhole and tadoba for tiger sightings...periyar for elephants and there’s a bird sanctuary near Bangalore which was also great!!
