Hey, we were staying at Novotel, Cavelossim Beach. Trust us, it was the best decision we've ever made. Do check out.

Thanks for suggestion but as I am travelling solo, my per day budget is apprx 5k and in dec rates are very high. So looking something in that budget but also safe property .
Hey, Palolem is a good option in South Goa, beach, cafes, shacks are all right at the beach. But if you are looking at a more secluded stay near the beach then Patnem beach has some great options. Alternatively you can try colva too but that you need to hike a little bit. Hope this helps.

Is agonda ok to stay as i cant find any good huts or hotel with all amenities in palolem or are those huts worth staying? Also how to reach agonda to palolem and what time is perfect to see palolem and butterfly beach?
Cabo Serai or The Cape Goa, if you are looking for Luxury.

Hotel My soulmate is good option. hardly 50-100 m walking distance to beach and should be budget friendly.

That would be better option, as many beautiful beaches of South Goa are closer from Palolem. Do visit Butterfly beach, cola and agonda beach.
