Hi! Yes, it is of course possible since they less than 30km away from each other, but I would suggest you keep an entire day out for the marine national park since that requires more time and also has options for further exploration such as taking a ferry to the Rutland Island as well.

Yes it's very possible if you leave on time ,it doesn't take much tome to cover Cellular Jail but i recommend spend as much time you can for Marine National Park, its worth it
