I have been to following and know for sure that it is safe for a female traveller: 1. Kashmir 2. Varanasi 3. Jaipur 4. Udaipur 5. Jaisalmer 6. Dharamshala 7. Manali 8. Lahaul & Spiti 9. Bir 10. Goa 11. Gokarn P.S : Even though places are safe, still you have to be cautious and keep your eyes & ears open. I am sure bad situations can be avoided if you are paying attention. Happy travelling!
