July is called as monsoon month of valley of flowers, where weather is cool coupled with blooming flowers to view. Hampta pass is more of grasslands flowers and blooms on the trail. You get to view lot of Spiti side, that it’s a 25km trek. My suggestion would be valley of flowers for its lovely flowers.
