Hey Kushal, Yes, December is a good time to visit Parvati valley if you want to enjoy negative temperature and snowfall. Carry winter clothes like jackets, woollen socks, woollen cap, warm inners, gloves, moisturizer. If you love snow then this place is the best getaway for you. In the month of December, you will experience the chills in the wind because it is the month of snowfall in December. So I would suggest packing some of your winter clothes with you to protect your body from the cold. Otherwise, the beauty of this place is unmatched to any other place in all the months.
