Hi there, I visited Sri Lanka just a few months back with my family and it was just amazing! During our stay one of the locations we visited was Weligama as we had heard many good reviews about the area. We opted to stay at this luxury beach resort called Cape Weligama where they warmly welcomed us in the true Sri Lankan way. We chose to stay at the Ocean Grand Villa which was overlooking the grand Indian Ocean with a large verandah. It was the perfect weather to take a walk along the golden costal of Weligama with the waves hitting your feet. This resort is perfect for a couple or even a family outing.
