Under 10k you'll only get the ones kids use. They have a 5 min battery and a vga camera sometimes which is not worth it. The cheapest and best is DJI mavic mini and that too us worth around 50k in Dubai.

You can't get any good drone under or near 10k you will just get dji tello for 15k but its not that worth to spend
