In April, you can visit Mahabaleshwar (Maharashtra) for its cool weather and strawberry farms. Pachmarhi (MP) is another great option with pleasant temperatures and lush greenery. Mount Abu (Rajasthan) stays relatively cooler as it's a hill station. Saputara (Gujarat) is also a good choice with scenic views and a comfortable climate.

If you’re looking for a place to visit in April with relatively pleasant weather, Dholpur in Rajasthan is an excellent choice 🌞. While much of Rajasthan can get extremely hot during this month, Dholpur manages to stay more comfortable, especially during the early mornings and late evenings, making it perfect for sightseeing and outdoor activities. Dholpur is a city full of history and natural beauty. You can start your day with a visit to Shergarh Fort, an impressive historic site perched on rocky terrain. Exploring the fort in the morning allows you to enjoy the cool breeze and soft sunlight, making your walk along the ramparts enjoyable. The panoramic views of the surrounding countryside are truly breathtaking and perfect for photography enthusiasts 📸. Later, you can stroll along the Chambal River, which offers a peaceful retreat from the daytime heat. The riverside is ideal for relaxing, taking in the scenic views, and even spotting some local wildlife. If you’re interested in nature, the Van Vihar area provides shaded trails and a tranquil environment to unwind amidst greenery 🌿. Even though the midday sun can get warm, it’s manageable if you plan your activities wisely. Carry water, wear light clothing, and use a hat or umbrella if you’re heading out during the hotter hours. By late afternoon or early evening, the temperatures drop slightly, making it perfect for visiting other historical sites or enjoying the local markets. Visiting Dholpur in April is a wonderful experience because it combines heritage, nature, and comfortable weather in a way that few other places in Rajasthan can offer at this time of year. If you time your activities well, you can fully enjoy the city without being overwhelmed by heat, making your trip both fun and memorable 🌅.
