India's climatic conditions are way different in different places based on region you are travelling to & also the distance makes it difficult to cover everything. If you are coming to Delhi , then july is hot & humid, so you can go for places nearby like chandigarh, Shimla, chail, nahan, arki, Manali in Himachal. if you are travelling to Mumbai, then Goa, lonavala, ratnagiri, shirdi etc can be your go to destinations. similarly recommended places for Bangalore would be ooty , Mysore, Kerala while for east it would be via Kolkata, Darjeeling , Sikkim .

You can plan your vacation depending on the climatic conditions. One option could be exploring Western Ghats. Places like Sakleshpura, Bisle, Chikmagaluru & Coorg are very beautiful during July. During the month of July monsoon just starts and there is rainfall. Bit again it depends on the climate if you want to go trekkings and witness the beauty of these hill stations.
