All these places are very good say for a single day or a 2 day trip.

Mohadi falls is one of the most underrated destination and very little poeple know about it. It is little difficult to get there but it is totally worth it. You can also try jam gate, tincha falls or ralamandal.

Hey Deepanshu, you have got ujjain which is approximately 50 Kms from Indore ... And there are two more places which I read about just now called as choral dam and an island also nearby called as saili island ... You can go for weekend trip to Sanchi, Mandu or Omkareshwar. These all places are near Indore.

Mandu is also good getaway for one day u can plan from Indore. If you are planning a road trip, go to Mandu. The place is full of palaces with some scenic view
