The laws aren't effective, so we need to try this on our personal level first. Yes, I've done it myself as well in past whenever i saw someone hurting dogs, I've intervened and stopped it. Do it, it feels good! Peace✌️ and Love ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

You are so right. Laws are only made/amended when some emergency occurs. The real laws are made my people and this is an issue that needs compassion for living beings. You cant teach that, its intrinsic.
