This is an extension of a previous question about traveling trekking and hitch-hiking if possible from Leh, across the middle Himalayan range, passing Spiti Anand entering Nepal back to India at say Sikkim including Bhutan and ending in Burma. Possible?

It's require hell lot of patience my friend. because in mid range of Himalaya it still difficult to get hitch hacked as the locals are till preferring walk or bus to go places.
