In my view, you shouldn't. Four of my friends went for the trek but the day they reached Uttrakhand, glacier burst happened and we aren't able to contact them till now.

Considering glacier burst in uttrakhand you should avoid this trek and wait for the situation to settle down. If the situation doesn’t improve in coming months dont rush for the monsoon season for sure. It becomes difficult and dangerous in monsoon season for this trek.

Considering the current scenario, you should first see the weather forecast. I would recommend you to go in May or June but before monsoons. At this time, the weather is cold and harsh.
