You need to explore un-explore destinations and specifically show /guide specialised things from that destination i.e. food / cloth/ shopping tips etc.

Just Start First. don't fall into the equipment required
You can shoot with Mobile Canera and edit in software like FilmoraGo, VN, Kinemaster, Inshot etc First show the places nearby your hometown because most of the traffic to your channel will be from your town and they'll find interest in seeing these places So starting is important
