If you are using Mobile Phone App then you can just select your folder name from the Top left corner list when click on Add Photos then you can select perticular photo.

You can mark them as favourites in the gallery.. atleast in iphone that option is there

You can take screen shot of picture u wanted to post they will appare on the top in the gallery it will be less time taking to post then.

First select the photos , put them in one album and then on tripoto uploading just call the album and upload your pics

You can create a folder with all the pictures you want to publish and then browse through that folder...
