Hi Sirish, Italy is a great choice as a travel destination.I wouldnt really recommend to miss Florence unless you have come up with some alternatives already. You can cover Pisa too if you goto Florence as its not far and you can then certainly visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa which is among one of the 7 wonders of the world. If you really intent to skip it,I would suggest to cover the city of Naples or the Amalfi Coast island. Some other must visit paces in cities of Italy would be:- Milan 1)Milan Cathedral 2)Sforza Castle 3)Try watching a football game at San Siro Rome 1)Collosseum 2)Saint Peters Basilica 3)Trevi Fountain 4)Sistine Chapel 5)Spanish Steps 6)Museums of Vatican Florence 1)Duomo 2)Ponte Vecchio 3)Uffizzi Gallery 4)Try planning a day trip to Pisa and Tuscany of possible. Venice 1)Grand Canal 2)Gondola ride 3)Doges Palace 4)Saint Marks Basilica 5)Rialto Bridge 6)Island tour to Murano,Burano and Torcello

Traveling to Italy in November can be a wonderful experience, with fewer crowds and milder temperatures. Considering your 7-day itinerary with a 1-year-old, skipping Florence is a practical option if you want to focus on Milan, Venice, and Rome. Here's a suggested breakdown: Milan (2 days): Explore the magnificent Duomo and its surroundings. Visit the famous Last Supper painting. Enjoy shopping in the fashion district. Venice (2 days): Take a relaxing gondola ride through the canals. Visit St. Mark's Square and the Doge's Palace. Explore the charming streets of Venice. Rome (3 days): Explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. Visit Vatican City, including St. Peter's Basilica and the Sistine Chapel. Enjoy time at the iconic Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Skipping Florence allows you to have a more relaxed pace and spend quality time exploring the other cities. Just ensure you plan activities that are suitable for your 1-year-old, and consider the comfort and convenience of your travels, especially with a young child. Keep in mind that November might have cooler temperatures, so pack accordingly. http://tinyurl.com/2ezu825e
