There both are very similar. If you have time, visit both the places. But if you have any restrictions, then go for Himachal. trust me you won't regret it. Himachal has so much to offer.

Always Uttarakhand. It is beautiful places of mountains and myths. It is is famous for ancient holy places, spectacular meadows, lush greenery, snow-covered soaring peaks, breathtaking hill stations, magnificent temples as well as picturesque lakes.

Both places are the best of its kind. Uttrakhand is close to Delhi just 4-6 hours and Himachal will take more than 10-12 hours. haridwar and rishikesh is the easiest and most affordable place to visit. if you're thinking of going budget friendly or solo do choose uttrakhand
