UpvoteCommentIt's a 16 hours journey to sangla valley. In order to reach Sangla Valley, you will first have to get to Shimla and then drive there via Rampur. The valley starts from Karcham and ends at the small village of Chitkul. Sangla is before chitkul.
What about Katra shimla train route. you can reach the place via train of flight. The other option can be Dhanolti above mussoorie. Auli and Jhosimath is another awesome destination. if you wish to explore the unexplored places for snowfall then Munsiyari and Dharchula would be much better place in Uttrakhand.

I think Kedarkantha is best. You can also visit Auli if you want to see snowfall.
