Dharamshala would be your best bet Bro ... it has all with it ... cafes .. streets .. hills ...snow .. temples ... monasteries .. everything .. so go head with Dharamshala and Mcleodganj Bro ...
You can try going to spiti or kasol as there will be a tonne of snow over there

Hi, 2-3 days would be very less if you are travelling from Delhi and chasing snow. Here are some options for you Chopta and Chandrashila, Badrinath, Auli, Triund and Snowline. Hatu Peak in Narkanda. If you can extend a day more, you can also cover Chitkul and you will find plenty of snow there.
