Hi Sourav, The budget per head can range from Rs 9000-18000 per head depending on the way you travel. Average hotels cost Rs 1200 per day. Food per day per head will cost around Rs 500. Travelling independently in North Sikkim is difficult due to limited shared vehicle and public transportation option. So you can book your own vehicle with any tour company for the duration of your travel. The cost starts at Rs 2500 per head for 3D/2N for basic trip to all these places you mentioned.
