Depends how many days you have. You can plan: Day 1: reach Srinagar by afternoon. Go for shikara ride in the evening in Dal lake Day 2-3: Visit Pari mahal, Chasme shahi, Shalimar baug.....these are beautiful gardens & Hajratbal (depends on how much you can cover wach day). If you are also planning some daytrips near Srinagar, then you can plan Dhoodhpathri. These are easy to move around places.
