We are a group of 5 people for Kedarkantha trek I would want to know , would we able to rent all the equipments at sankri? Including trekking shoes, tents etc? As it will be season time and they might be run out of equipments.

You can find couple of shops at Sankri which offer trekking gears, sleeping bags, tents on rental basis. Since Kedarkantha is one of the most popular trek in Uttarakhand, one could find almost all trekking gears one may require in the wilderness. The charges varies depending upon the season. You can also hire guides and porters at Sankri, if you prefer to trek on your own or with few friends.... do visit vasu ki taal aswell .. one above kedarnath.. jai bhole nath
