So sorry but I will not be able to help you with details on Bangkok and Vietnam. Hope the details on Camodia help you plan your trip. :)

I recently visited Thailand a week back. Please skip Bangkok. It's to commercialised. And touristy. Visit Phuket and Phi Phi Islands instead. They are the best parts of Thailand.
