Why don't you plan your own trip. it will be better and cost effective as four people are there. make sure to visit or stay in world's tallest hotel and world's tallest building.

You can book tickets yourself through any agent price should be around 16k in off season For site seeing, best is to take the Big Bus hop on hop off services. inquire any hotel there....they will tell you
