From rishikesh you can hire bike and startup early in morning to dhanaulti so that you can reach by 11 o clock. Enjoy some time in snow and return back by evening to rishikesh.

Nowadays i dont think you can see snow as in Jan it was there. Maybe you can see in Massoorie. All the best!

No there is some snow in Dhanolti
Snow in Rishikesh is not possible...if ur travelling then u can travel with us..as were on a roadtrip in himalayas...covering rishikesh dehradun and many more in this month end.
