Hey Vinay, No .... You can't as government doesn't allow one to pitch tents in Goa on beaches or anywhere ....

Hi Vinay, you can not just camp anywhere in Goa, especially around the beaches. However you can camp in vicinity of hotels or shacks or private lands. You will have to take permission from hotel/shack owners and some might ask for charges as well.
