Hi , In Amsterdam you can look for accommodations near the Dam Square or Leidseplein. In Prague you can either stay in Little Quarter or Old Town. As for Berlin, you can pick from Prenzlauer Berg (family-friendly chill), Kreuzberg (edgy nightlife), or Mitte (close to everything), depending on your preference. Hope this helps.

I have only been to Prague out of the 3 places. I would recommend the Old Town as most of the attractions like Astronomical Clock, Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, City Hall ( You can go here to see the Paternoster Elevator ) walkable distance. Only thing is its the most touristy place and there will be a lot of crowd. If you prefer something less crowded then can check for Vinohrady, Karlin or Vyserhad area, close to Metro/Bus so that you can travel to the attractions easily. Prague is not a big city, so staying a little away from center is not a problem.
