Hi Nandini, Must-Visit Places in Ladakh 1. Leh Start here. Acclimatize, explore Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, and the local market. 2. Nubra Valley Famous for sand dunes, double-humped camels, and Diskit Monastery. The drive via Khardung La is an experience in itself. 3. Pangong Lake That surreal blue lake at 14,000 ft—absolutely worth the hype. Overnight stay recommended for sunrise views. 4. Tso Moriri Quieter and more remote than Pangong, with fewer tourists and equally stunning views. 5. Khardung La Pass One of the highest motorable roads in the world—adventurous and scenic. 6. Magnetic Hill Optical illusion, but fun to experience. Close to Leh and easy to cover. 7. Sangam Point (Zanskar & Indus Rivers) A beautiful confluence with great photo ops, especially if you enjoy river rafting. 8. Alchi & Lamayuru Monasteries Alchi is known for ancient murals; Lamayuru is dramatically perched and peaceful.

If you are visiting Ladakh for The first time, Pangong Lake is a must-see - it's crazy beautiful! Nubra Valley is a wonderful excursion too - go see the sand dunes filled with double-humped camels. You should definitely drive through Khardung La which is something like 18,000 feet high and is one of the highest motorable roads in the world - what a rush! Be sure to check out Diskit Monastery and even Shanti Stupa in Leh for some quiet cultural views.
