From weather and climate point of view, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra should be covered during Nov to Feb. During Feb, North will be generally cold and if coming from southern states, you may have to invest in woollen clothes unnecessarily, March is the best for North. For South India, post monsoon is the best from Sep to Dec. For North East, March to June is good.
