It depends if you are going during monsoons. There will be lots of greenery, little bit of heat and humidity. No water sports but, otherwise it is fine. Beautiful resorts at dirt cheap price. Less crowd.

Goa offers alot during off season, its upto you on what to do. Prices are very low during off season but the stay options would be limited. Hire a bike for commuting purpose but becareful with the condition of the bike- advisable to hire scooty. Opt for hostel to stay- which offer a dorm bed for as low as Rs 200. Cover south goa which is serene and peaceful with less or no crowd at all. North Goa- Baga beach is for partying and head to arambol ,stay at Arambolicious homestay which is on the beach and very cheap. In off season shacks are limited but the prices are low. Enjoy you trip.. Cheers

Goa isnt off season in april actually, shacks are usually open till 15 april, clubs are always open and so are the casinos. i say its not off season because u will see lot of indian families at this time. i would suggest go to the beach early morning, come back and chill in the pool at ur hotel in afternoon and go out for party, dinners etc in evening. its only hot between 12 noon and 4pm. and ofcourse flights and hotels are cheaper

Hello, even I traveled to Goa in the month of off season. During off season goa is less crowded than the usual and the rates are slightly cheaper (for shopping, food, hotels, etc), the temperature of goa is very hot in April as it's start to summer. also, this might help goa- https://www.tripoto.com/trip/britto-s-in-goa-a-must-visit-5c12355675073
