Goa in off season ... you can see lesser rates ... less people ... a little more of sun as its april ... you will get shacks easily for staying ... like as low as 600 to 1000 rupees ... a cozy ones only ... churches will be easy to visit ... and as I know you are a great photographer ... u will get more chances to get food clicks ... you also can get water sports for lesser money than usual ...
