1) select a destination.check flight rates for various destination using skyscanner app.It has an explore option.
2) check the hotel rates seperately on various sites...hotels.com,mmt,yatra,agoda,booking.com
3)for sightseeing tours,you can use viator.com,grayline.com,isango,klook or any other site.
4) Visa prices if applicable would remain constant.
5)Try going through rome2rio.com to identify the cheapest mode of transport from one place to another.
6) check the weather on accuweather.com for filling in sufficient warm clothes if needed.

Hi Moses, There are some steps as per my opinion : 1.Do research , reach blog, watch youtube videos
2. Select small place first, don't go with crowd
3. Make itinerary
4. Book train , bus or flight
