Both the places are good but Manali is better option for photographing. It natural beauty and the surrounding Himalayan mountains adds a magic to the photographs taken.

Manali is a much better place for pre-wedding, the mountains are high and covered with snow. There is Beas rivers flowing, you can get clicked in apple orchids or playing in snow. There are also meadows in Solang valley. You get nothing of this sort in Kausani.
