Hi, What mode of transport are you planning to take? A taxi takes about 2 hours and should cost anywhere between Rs. 1200-1500 or you can take the toy train for scenic journey but it takes 7 hours. There are cheap local buses available from Siliguri to Darjeeling too. Keep exploring!
