You have to build up your body in such a way that it can survive the thin air. There are certain workout plans such as cardio and cross fit that will help you to achieve your goal. A strong body is useless without a strong mind. A strong mind means inner peace because your brain functioning becomes very weak at 28,000ft. You can try Yoga and meditation for that. Now comes the financial preparation(as you can't ignore this). It takes around $55,000- $60,000 to climb Everest with a group. If you are a professional climber and you can climb by your own the will reduce up to $25,000-$30,000. Good Luck!! Happy and Safe Travelling!!

You need a proper training in the first place. You can join the training classes conducted by mountaineering schools in India where you will be trained and also given chances for mini trecks. You can't summit the Everest in a day. it will take time, and proper gear. Fit and healthy body and mind is kund of like a prerequisite especially when you are about to get to higher altitudes. So it is important to make exercises a routine to your life. Here is some schools where you can enroll yourself... (There are more) Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarakhand. Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering, Jammu and Kashmir. Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Dargeeling.

Apart from Money one should try the local himalayan treks first to see one is capable of Handling AMS ( Acute Mountain Sickness) and Cold. Also there's Everest Base Camp Trek which is relatively easy ( Compared to Main Everent)
