Hey Vikas, The best place to find snow fall in Himachal Pradesh would be Kaza in spiti valley .... All you have to see is which side of roads are open to enter kaza ... as far as i know only manali to kaza to manali route will be open .... Happy Travelling Bro!!!

Hi Vikas, I think if you are going to kinnaur you can experience the snowfall in November.. you can enjoy the snow capped Mountain View from there.. it is the most beautiful place I think.. the people are very lovely and caring.. many homestays are available for affordable cost.. visit Kalpa, roghi villages and Sangla valley where you get most scenic beauty of mountains.. enjoy the journey..!!

Manali or Shimla is the best chance of seeing a snowfall. In Manali, visit Rohtang pass and in Shimla visit Kufri. Happy travelling !!
