Hi Bharat, paragliding in Bir is possible throughout the year except the monsoon which is from early July to late September. October to June is the best time to paraglide in Bir. Paragliding experience in December and January is different as all the mountains around covered with snow.

Monsoons would be a terrible time. (Obviously!) The best months would be 'October & November' and then 'March to June.' Jan & Feb are mostly reserved for snow and icy-chilly breeze hence, not really the most favorable time to go for Paragliding in Bir.

Best time to visit there will in summers from May to October except the rainy season. Weather will not be too harsh.

April to June as after that there is a season of rain and after that from September to November but sometime there are some competitions are also going on there at that time they closes the paragliding for outsiders and only professionals are allowed. Generally it starts from end of the October and goes on for 3-5 days. And the expenses are also very nominal like for ride of 15-30 minutes they charge you 2000 and 200 for individual photographs just before landing(Optional), and 300-500 based on negotiations for video shooting through GoPro.

October to June is the season for paragliding. Even October – November and March – June are the best time for long flights. Paragliding experience during December, January is different as all the mountains around covered with snow, even Billing experience snowfall during that period. check out the link below.
