Anytime except rainy season bcz nowadays we are facing landslide here in hills... so be safe I know we travellers are attracted towards mountain but it's not that good to visit in Rainy days.. you can visit in oct light rain is there but some areas are of heavy rains nov dec are quite good option

If you want experience the Himalayas in their prime green, then April-June is a good time when you'll find blossoming flora. If you want to experience snowfall, then December-Early March is a good time. Avoid travelling in July-Early September time frame when Monsoons cause a lot of land slides and road blocks. The best time to visit the Himalayas is between March and November. This is when the weather is generally pleasant, with clear skies and mild temperatures. However, even within this period, different parts of the Himalayas have different weather patterns. March to May: Springtime is beautiful with blooming flowers and clear views.
June to September: This is the monsoon season with heavy rains, but some areas like Ladakh remain dry.
October to November: Autumn offers stunning fall colors and pleasant weather.
