At current I suggest to hold your horses, as due to corona lock down.Even after the lock down gets over wait for 2-3 months for everything to get normal as it might be expensive.There are chances of get low quality at high price in food hotel and traveling. hence I suggest visit a local place for time being and wait for right time, don't worry for about season being good during your visit as there climate is pleasant through the year.

Well, it's Beauty throughout the year but Best time to plan is from October - June .
try to avoid in rainy season.

Best time to visit ooty is in between april to june and October and November but i made a trip to ooty in February and it was great and less crowded for more information checkout my travel story of ooty
