They will have a steady blog or an Instagram account which gathers lots of followers.. hence homestay or hotel will invite them to stay in exchange of a blog post or Insta stories which gathers them more people to know about them

They sell their content to the magazines, newspapers etc. They also earn through social sites and endorsements. When one is a famous blogger, he/she gets invited by the resorts/hotels/palaces to visit and to write good words for them.
