Uttarakhand is good for solo female traveller and trek. People and She teams there are really good they even help you in case of any emergency. But for a snow trek I'll recommend you to book a guide cuz you don't get hot food and hot water while on trek unless you have a local guide.
Manali can be a good destination for solo female travelers. I suggest you go for group camping trip as it is completely safe and you can travel without any stress of deciding or planning the trip. You can also look into the camping trips Tripoto itself has to offer as I can assure you that it is a quality and a scam-proof site. Hope it helps :)
You can join girl travel groups and gain confidence.. And later on move to solo trips once you are prepared. I would suggest a thorough study up on the place you plan to visit before your solo trip.

Hey preeti... hope you're doing well...
I'd just like to say that if it's your first time trekking and traveling it would be better if you don't take the solo route....always better to get some experience first and then start with the solo travel...
I think it totally depends on what kind of place you're trekking and camping cause at times between the forests and all there's a risk of wild animals...
I hope you liked the answer
keep traveling.

Lokesh
