Do you mean medicines? If yes here are the following list You need medicines for motion sickness For vomiting For indigestion For headache Besides any other personal medicines prescribed to you by doctor and your daily medicines. Definately carry your vaccine certificate besides masks and sanitisers.

You have to carry all basic medicines to leh ladhak most important was that yiu have to make your more hydrated in leh ladhak trip must take ors in your list
