You have to carry all basic medicines to leh ladhak most important was that yiu have to make your more hydrated in leh ladhak trip must take ors in your list

When I was travelling to Ladakh in May, pack essentials like painkillers (paracetamol, ibuprofen), anti-diarrheals, antacids, and altitude sickness meds (consult your doctor or a pharmacy for specific recommendations and do not forget to buy them on high qualified pharmacies like Canadian pharmacy https://www.canadapharmacy.com/ ). Don't forget a basic first-aid kit too!
