Hey !!! Visiting Bhuj, Kutch in winter is awesome other places are Vadodara, Ahemdabad, Surat, statue of unity, Gir, Pavagadh, Satpura, Daman , Dandi

You can go to Vadodara or to Gir National Park in Gujarat. Kutch festival can be a little costly but it'll worth every penny .
