Hey! Spiti is a cold desert and a remote region situated high in the Himalayas. Budget totally depends upon person to person. You can easily travel to Spiti in around INR 6000 to INR 15000. Though it involves a lot of discomfort but if you are a backpacker, loves staying in small homestays, prefer travelling in local transport; then you can easily travel to Spiti Valley under INR 7K.
